Happy Birthday David Bowie!

Yep, today one of our all time favourite pop stars turns 66! He has also very excitingly announced that he is soon releasing a new album – his first in 10 years!

David Bowie is no stranger to fashion experimentation and along with his music, it is for this reason that we love him so (oh and also Labyrinth; 1980’s styling + Bowie in lycra + The Muppets = one of the best movies ever!) Take this image  from 1973, where Bowie is showing us all how to rock the monochrome stripe – along with a handbag and bracelets. An outfit so timeless it still looks fabulous today.
