Our New York Fashion Week Favourites!

Oh we do love when it’s fashion month! Every day we are treated to new collections from the world’s best designers, showcasing their Spring/Summer 2013 lines. First up is New York Fashion Week and we have already been treated to some highly covetable garments, here are our favourite shows so far……

We have to admit, we do have a soft spot for Marc Jacobs (above) who channeled the swinging 60’s with stripes, spots and checks but with his slick silhouettes, he gave the reference an updated feel. Rodarte (below) went a bit further back in time with a more Medieval reference – mixed with biker leathers, oh yeah, what a combination!

Then moving on to classic ladylike shapes and floaty goodness, Marchesa, below, took inspiration from the middle east with these Indian style dresses. Their wonderful flowing shapes and delicate embellishment make for some truly show stopping outfits. We predict you will see these on a red carpet in the near future!
