Yumi checks out Sunday Sanctuary

A little bird told us about Sunday Sanctuary a few months ago, and at the weekend we finally went to check out London’s newest getaway at Bar Galante, Chelsea.

Hosted every Sunday and strictly for girls only, Sunday Sanctuary is a retreat from the outside world – for three hours at least – where you are met with a free cocktail on arrival and showed to a private seating area.

With a big screen TV showing a different film each week (we watched the first Sex and The City movie) you can choose to watch with their cordless headphones, or just catch up on the latest gossip.

Extra treats come in the form of mini manicures dished out from the ladies of Bliss Spa across the road. A masseuse is also on hand to work away those aches and pains!

What’s more when it all comes to an end you are given a goody bag filled with Bliss products.

Oh and did we mention the best part which is that this is all free!
