Paula Holmes, the stylish woman behind blog, Theldndiaries, is a top fashion blogger, having been featured in an array of top publications including Stylist, Look and Cosmopolitan.
As part of our #YumiLovesWinter campaign, she let us in on her winter style and why she loves Yumi.
How would you describe your autumn/winter style?
In autumn I’m probably more stylish than in winter, it’s definitely my favourite season for fashion. I love choosing a new coat and like to accessorise with funky hats and scarves. In winter, for me I’d rather be warm than worry too much about what I’m wearing, I can’t stand the cold weather at all. You’ll find me in a faux fur, with hat, gloves, scarf and plenty of layers!
Who are your biggest influences when it comes to the way you dress?
I take inspiration from celebrities I admire their sense of style, such as Olivia Palermo, Blake Lively, Kendall Jenner & Rihanna. I’m also lucky enough to get the opportunity to attend fashion week, so I take a lot of inspiration from the catwalks themselves, getting to see the next season’s trends early.
Have you always been passionate about clothes?
Definitely it’s a perfect way to express yourself and shopping is so fun!
Where would you wear your Yumi look?
I styled this look as day to night. So for meetings during the day to cocktails in the evening!
What do you love about Yumi?
I love the unique patterns and prints each year.
What are your favourite trends for AW15?
I loved all the velvet on the catwalks for AW15. I am definitely on the look out for some key velvet pieces.
What are your essential autumn/winter style tips?
Buy a long sleeved jumper dress; you will get so much wear from it. Accessorise with hats and funky scarves and invest in cashmere jumpers.
What are your favourite pieces from the Yumi AW15 collection?
The ones I’m wearing of course!
